I hope this can help. Don't do anything because it is good to do, but do it because of the good it does for people.
Also let all that you do, think and say be guided and guided by love. Love is greater than our will-ower and good intentions, when we have nothing left to give, we still find there is love to do what we wish and intend to do for the one we love.
Also work as much as you can with your understanding. Let altruism become your nature. When thiings become our nature we cannot help ourselves but to do them.
